Returns
We accept returns under the following terms:
- Return requests must be made within 7 working days of receiving your order.
- Products must be returned in unused, unwashed condition, with original tags and packaging intact.
- Customized or made-to-order items are non-returnable.
- Return shipping charges must be paid by the customer.
- Returned items must be sent to our address within the 7-day return window.
Complaints & Quality Inspection
- All complaints must be reported within 7 working days of receiving the product.
- Complaints raised after 7 working days will not be entertained.
- Once we receive the item, it will go through a quality check to validate the complaint.
- If the issue is confirmed, we will proceed with:
- An exchange, or
- A refund (excluding customized items)
Refunds
Refunds are issued only if:
- The product is defective or incorrect.
- The complaint is verified through our quality check.
Refunds do not cover the original shipping cost or return shipping fees.
